To login to your Free hosting/DNS account you can select the Services button on your dashboard, and then click on the Down Arrow on the right of the Manage button. You will see the username and password to access your hosting account. Click the Login button and you will be taken to the login screen for the server your account is on. Copy and paste the username and password form the screen in to the login screen.

NB When copying both the username and password (more common with the password), Make sure you copy only the password and not the trailing spaces and other hidden characters. If you are getting a "Failed" box popping up, then it is likely that you have caught these. Try pasting the password in to Notepad, then remove any spaces at the end and recopy the password from Notepad, then paste it again in to the login screen.
